INSTRUCTION TO THE AUTHORS

Indian journal of Innovative Research is biannual official publication of society for green world and sustainable development which is promote the interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge and innovative ideas in recent researches in science and technology. The general will be unique of its kind because no journal in India is available which covers all aspects of science. The journal is planned with every aim to provide a high profile vehicle for publication of the most innovative, original and rigorous development in the basics and applied science and technology. Interdisciplinary studies of fundamental research on the subject are given in high priority.

The structure of the journal takes in account the broad scope f research and development. Thus in addition to its full length and short papers on original research, the journal also includes the regular feature on editorial, review article, meetings, scientific correspondence, new developments, current references on the subject from other source and book reviews.

The society are not responsible for statements and opinions published in the journal. They represent the views of the authors or persons to whom they are created.

Submission information: All manuscripts and contributions should be submitted to Editors-in-chief by E-mail. Authors are requested to consult the “Authors Guideline” and aims and scope of the journal. Review articles are welcome, but intending authors should send an outline to the Editors in chief before preparing the manuscript. Books for review should be sent to Editors- in Chief.

Publication Information: Inaugural issue of the journal is scheduled for publication. Membership of society and personal subscription prices are available upon request from the society at E-mail: editorir17@gmail.com. Membership and subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only and entered on a calendar year basis. Issues are sent by standard mail (surface with in India and air delivery outside India)

Photocopying: Single photocopy of articles ay be made for personal use as allowed by copyright laws, permission of the society and payment of a fee is required for all other photocopying, including multiple or systematic copying, copying for advertising or promotional purpose, resale and all forms of document delivery. In case of electronic storage, permission from society is also necessary.

Author Guidelines

The journal “Indian journal of Innovative Research” will publish original research reports, review papers and communications to be screened by research of international repute who are experts in their respective fields. Original manuscripts that enhance the level of research and contribute to new developments in the field of science and technology. The manuscripts must be unpublished and should not have been submitted for publications elsewhere.

1 MANUSCRIPTS

Corresponding/ Communicating author must be member of Society. The author should be submit their manuscript in MS-Word in single column, 1.5 line spacing as per the following guidelines. The manuscript should be organised to have a Title, Abstract, Introduction, Mathodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Acknowledgement followed by Refrences.

Take a margin of 2cm. (Left, Right, Top and bottom) and A4 paper

The title of the paper should be bold. The subtitle to the main title should be in small case.

Keywords: About 4-6 keywords should be indicated.

The title should be followed by the authors name followed by the name of the co-authors.

Name of the corresponding author should be highlighted with an asterick (* along with email) This is the author with whom all future correspondence will be sent. The affiliation and complete official addresses of all the authors should be maintained against their names in fill.

USE THE FOLLOWING FONT SPECIFICATION:

Title : 14 point Bold normal (title case and small case for sub title) Authors name 10 point bold , Authors affiliation: 10 point normal, Headings: 10 point bold, sub heading: 10 point italics, Body text : 10 point normal.

The manuscript must be in High quality English.

Tables and figures must be inserted in the same files as the text and the place where their mention is made in the text. The figures should be inserted in the either JPEG or PDF format. The table and figure numbers should be mentioned correctly in the text and the figures and tables should be appear in the vicinity of their mention.

All the tables and figures should have caption. The format to be followed is Figure/Table (number) : title of the figure/ table. A list of the tables and figures and tables including their heading must be given separately in a page for reference.

Photographs and Illustrations : Image files should be optimized to the minimum possible size without compromising on the quality. The photos and illustrations should have a resolution of 200 dpi (minimum)

Equations: each equation should appear in a new line in the text. The equation referred in the text should be numbered sequentially with their identifier enclosed in parenthesis, right justified. The symbols in these equations, where referred to in the text, should be enclosed in single question marks.

References: The paper in the references list must be cited in the text. The citation should be mentioned as author followed by the year in the brackets. For examples (Smith, 1969) or (Morgen and Jones, 2001). In case a sentences starts with a citation. Only the year would be in brackets for example, Smith (1989) states that……. The reference details mentioned at end should be in alphabetical order. Et,al. will be used only in case there are more than two authors. In such cases, mention the names of the first three authors followed by et. Al in the text. However, the references details will carry the names of the first author with et. Al For example : Sydow et. al (1980).

PEER REVIEW POLICY

Review System: Every article is processed by a masked peer review process and edited before publication. The criteria used for the acceptance of the article are : relevance, update literature , logical analysis, relevance to the global problem, sound methodology, contribution to knowledge and fairly good English. Authors will be communicated with in one month from the date of receipt of the manuscript. The editorial office will endeavour to assist where necessary with English language editing but author are hereby requested to seek local editing assistance as far as possible before submission. Papers with immediate relevance would be considered for early publication. Invited papers and editorials or partial or entire issue is devoted to a special theme under the guidance of the Guest editor will also published.

Review Guidelines: Submit the revised manuscript online after receiving the revised manuscript.

4 CODE OF ETHICS

The Editorial board members are recognized expert in respective field. The full names and affiliations of the editorial board are under editorial board.

(a) Reviewer should have no conflict of interest.

(b) Reviews articles should be related confidentially.

(c) Publishers and editors take responsible steps identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred.

(d) To respect the intellectual independence of authors.

(e) To ensure the confidentially of referees adjudication and appeal referees.

5 PROOFS, REPRINTS, COLOUR PLATE CHARGES, MEMBERSHIP, MODE OF PAYMENT

Once a manuscripts is accepted the corresponding author will receive a pdf reprint proof. Printing charges are Rs. 3000/- per four pages and then after 1000/- per page will be charged extra. Colour plate will be charges extra Rs 700 for India, US $75 and Euro 75 per page. Authors should be member of society.
